Print this tag envelope onto 8 1/2"x 11" cardstock.
I printed it out and it turned out really nice. Just be sure to leave the left edge and the bottom edge to glue to the back flap. See above instructions. Fold the back flap (on the right) under to the back left. Trim off te excess. Glue the small flaps to the inside. I wish I could figure out how to outline the envelope so you know where to cut. Maybe I can update this if I do.
